Cievra Autogiro

We show here the latest Cievra Autogiro, several of which have been purchased by the Air Ministry for the army co-operation and other duties. Though the Autogiro is by no means new, advances in this form of aircraft continue to be made, and interest in them is increasing. As other types of aircraft become faster demanding ever larger aerodromes, the more significant do the hovering and landing characteristics of the Autogiro appear.
