Spartan Cruiser

The Spartan Cruiser is a small air liner carrying six passengers and a crew of two. It is a low-wing monoplane with a metal fuselage and a one-piece wood wing which passes through the lower half of the fuselage. Three 130 h.p. D.H. "Gipsy-Major" engines are fitted, one in the nose of the fuselage and two in the leading-edge of the wing. The Cruiser weighs 5,800 lbs. loaded, and cruises at 118 m.p.h. Machines of this type are used on the Belgrade-Solonica service of Aeroput.
