
| The Wibault-Penoët
282-T-12 is a three-engined, all-metal air liner with which Air France
inaugurated its famous "Golden Clipper" service between
London and Paris some years ago. The type is also used on the other
European services operated by Air France. It has a large cabin seating
ten passengers and carries a crew of three. It is fitted with three
400 h.p. Gnôme-Rhône "Titan-Major" engines which
give it a cruising speed of 140 m.p.h. Its loaded weight is 13,725
