C.W. Cygnet
The design of the Cygnet was acquired by General Aircraft from C.W. Aircraft in 1938, and has been made yet more unconventional then the prototype model shown here. The machine has been fitted with the tricycle type of under-carriage and a double ruddered tail. This brings it into line with the very latest tendencies and makes it a very safe type of aircraft. The top speed of the prototype machine was well in excess of 140 m.p.h.
