The Fairey Sea-Fox is a light reconnaissance sea-plane, designed to be catapulted from the deck of a warship. This machine is largely of metal construction, and is powered by a sixteen cylinder air-cooled Napier Rapier engine of 395 h.p. The Sea-Fox cruises at 106 m.p.h., and has a duration of over four hours, giving a range of 440 miles. Full blind-flying equipment is carried, and the observer operates a machine gun from the rear cockpit.
