Gloster Gladiator

The Gloster Gladiator is described as a single-seat multi-gun day and night fighter. It is equipped with transmitting and receiving wireless, oxygen apparatus and night flying equipment. The Gladiator is to a great extent a modernisation of the famous Gauntlet. The number of wing-struts has been reduced, resulting in a cleaning up of the lines, the under-carriage has been simplified, and four guns are now carried.
