| The Mosscraft
is an interesting light monoplane made by Moss Brothers Aircraft Ltd.,
a company formed by five brothers all of whom are pilots. The tandem
seating arrangement is adopted both in this model and in the cabin
version which appeared first. A 95 h.p. Pobjoy seven cylinder radial
air-cooled engine is the usual power unit, giving a cruising speed
of 120 m.p.h. and a ceiling of 13,000 feet, useful figures for an
inexpensive light aeroplane. |
